About Anthony
Anthony’s 10-year law practice has focused on intellectual property law, including patent litigation and prosecution, energy and natural resources, and general litigation.
His intellectual property practice includes all aspects and phases of patent litigation, with an emphasis on the determination and valuation of damages in patent infringement suits. His experience includes the effective resolution of complex discovery disputes, working with outside experts, motion practice, taking numerous depositions, including depositions of expert witnesses, and multiple trials. He has represented clients in multi-patent cases covering complex technologies ranging from telecommunications to oil and gas equipment.
Anthony also has extensive experience assisting oil and gas exploration and production clients throughout the State of Texas. His energy experience includes examining title to land; drafting drilling, leasehold, and division order title opinions; analysis of oil and gas leases and related agreements; and providing counsel related to pooling and production issues, including the pooling of State lands. He has in-depth experience negotiating multi-tract oil and gas leases, easement agreements and other contracts on behalf of mineral owners.
Anthony received his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2007, and a B.S. in forensic science from Baylor University in 2004.
